Frequently asked questions
Can AI write a quote directly in my business software?
Yes. Connected to Ondes PRO, your assistant creates the quote in your invoicing module, with your numbering and your existing customer. It can first check it with a dry run and show you the totals before saving.
Can the AI send an invoice or a reminder without my approval?
It should not, and the server is designed to prevent it: the assistant shows you what it intends to do, the built-in assistant’s actions wait for your confirmation, and your AI assistant itself asks for approval before a tool that writes, depending on its settings.
Can I cancel an invoice created by mistake?
An issued invoice cannot be cancelled: you issue a credit note, full or partial, with a mandatory reason. The assistant can prepare it, and the credit note gets its own numbering.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You paste your workspace address into your assistant’s settings and sign in. After that, you just talk to it.
Is my data safe?
Your Ondes PRO workspace is a dedicated instance hosted in France. The assistant only acts with your permissions, every connected device can be revoked instantly, and calls made through the AI are logged. See also the security page.
