Clear pricing, no surprises

Up to 10 users with Essentiel, 100 with Pro and 150 in the Entreprise base. Every team account counts, active or deactivated, yours included, as well as pending invitations. Once the maximum is reached, you can no longer invite: to free a place, cancel a pending invitation or permanently delete a deactivated account. Existing accounts are never removed. Users cannot be bought one by one: to go beyond, you change plan — and beyond 150, an Entreprise quote makes it possible. Why a limit? Each workspace runs on its own dedicated machine, sized for the team using it.

It starts at €299 excl. VAT per month for 150 users, 250 GB and 8,000 AI credits, and is tailored to your needs: more users (beyond 150 is possible), storage or AI, onboarding help, dedicated support. You receive your quote within one business day, billed monthly or yearly as you prefer. Then simply accept it online: your workspace is created, or your current one moves to Entreprise.

Yes, at any time from your dashboard, between Essentiel and Pro: changes are immediate and amounts are prorated. To move to a lower plan, your team must fit within its maximum number of users. Moving to Entreprise is done on quote, from the same screen.

To keep things simple and commitment-free: Essentiel and Pro are paid monthly, and you can change plans or cancel whenever you want. Only the Entreprise plan can, on quote, be billed yearly.

A single pool per instance for everything it holds: files, messaging, documents, database and mailboxes. Beyond that, add storage at €1 excl. VAT per GB per month from your instance, prorated. When storage is full, new files are refused: nothing is deleted and your emails keep arriving.

Each plan includes an AI allowance that resets every month. Beyond it, buy one-off top-ups: they never expire and are only used once the monthly allowance is spent.

Nothing to do: it is converted automatically and you are notified by email. Freelance becomes Essentiel, Business becomes Pro, Scale and Enterprise become Entreprise. You get every module, and nobody pays more.

Two options, available with every plan and bought from your dashboard once you have subscribed. Priority support (€29 excl. VAT per month) guarantees an answer within 4 business hours; it is billed with your subscription, prorated, and can be cancelled at any time. Onboarding (€290 excl. VAT, one-off) covers setting up your workspace and training your team; it is added to your next invoice and our team contacts you to schedule it.

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or SEPA direct debit. Payments are processed by Stripe and fully secured: no bank details go through our servers.

At checkout, choose “SEPA Direct Debit” and enter your IBAN: you then sign a mandate authorising us to debit your account. Each month, your invoice amount is debited on your subscription’s due date. You can switch to a card, or back, at any time from “Manage subscription”.
