Ondes PRO’s MCP server does not open the door to a single app but to your whole operation: online sales, stock, quotes and invoices, customers, projects, calendar, video calls, email, files and automations. Each module rests on the real API v1 resources of your workspace, with your permissions and the safeguards that fit each line of work.
One MCP server for the whole business, not one per app
Plenty of business tools now ship their own MCP server: one for invoicing, another for the CRM, a third for ecommerce. Each sees only its own corner, and joining the dots is left to you — precisely the copy-and-paste work AI was supposed to remove.
In Ondes PRO, every module shares the same database and the same server. A single request can check stock, draft a quote, create the follow-up task and block a time slot without switching connections. The assistant discovers the resources it needs on demand through the server’s eight tools, instead of loading a description of every API resource up front.

Rules that hold in every module
- Your permissions, nothing more: a module your role does not open stays invisible to the assistant, right down to the documentation it reads.
- The write mode is always stated: test, dry run or real write, every response says which.
- `simuler: true` validates a write and shows the expected result without saving anything, on any resource.
- No duplicates: an idempotency key is set automatically, so a request replayed after a network drop never creates anything twice.
- Watertight multi-company setup: the assistant targets the company you pick, and a subsidiary never sees a sister company’s data.

Frequently asked questions
Are all modules available over MCP on every plan?
Yes. Essentiel, Pro and Entreprise all include every module and the MCP server. What limits a person’s access is their role in the workspace, not the plan.
Can one MCP connection reach both the CRM and invoicing?
With Ondes PRO it is the same connection: CRM, invoicing, inventory and the other modules sit behind one MCP server, so a single request can span several modules.
Can the AI delete data?
Only where the resource allows it, and within your permissions. Some resources deliberately have no delete: an issued invoice is corrected with a credit note, a stock movement with a reverse movement, an order with a note or a refund.
How does the assistant know which resources exist?
It asks the server: ondes_chercher finds a resource from a business term, ondes_ressource returns its fields and actions, and ondes_impossible lists what the API does not do. That documentation is generated from your workspace’s real routes.
What about other Ondes PRO features, such as the website or after-sales?
They also have API v1 resources (website/sites, feedback/tickets…), reachable through the same server. This section covers the eleven modules people use most with an AI assistant.
