In all three cases, your encrypted content stays unreadable. Drive, messaging and documents are encrypted in your browser: neither the host nor Ondes can read them, wherever the instance runs.

For the Hybrid and Standalone architectures.
Sized for 150 users, with headroom. We adjust it together for your team.
It is never needed between you and Ondes. In Standalone, if you choose not to expose the instance to the Internet, your staff — and the mobile and Mac apps — connect to it through your company VPN.
In Cloud and Hybrid, the Ondes platform applies them automatically. In Standalone, we deliver each version and you install it on the date you choose, in one command.
Not between you and Ondes: Hybrid only uses an outbound HTTPS connection. A VPN is only useful in Standalone, if you keep the instance off the Internet; your teams then go through your company VPN.
In Cloud and Hybrid, AI goes through the Ondes platform with your AI credits — or through local AI, which runs on your Macs without sending anything outside. In Standalone, you use your own key or local AI.
In Cloud, we take care of them. On your side, they stay under your control: we provide the backup scripts and the restore procedure.
Yes, in all three architectures: they connect to your instance’s address. In Standalone without Internet access, they go through your VPN, and push notifications need an outbound connection to Apple.
